About Page Academy
Page Academy is a private school for children from their earliest years through 8th grade, founded in 1908 and led by the same family for four generations.
A positive learning environment & a personalized approach, so every child grows into an engaged, knowledgeable, self-reflective, and self-directed learner.
Four generations & one family
Robert and Della Page Gibbs founded Page in Los Angeles in 1908, and their family has led it ever since.
Today the school is led by Kristin Vaughan Dickson, M.Ed., the fourth generation of the founding family. Kristin is a Page Academy graduate herself and the mother of two current Page students, so the decisions she makes for the school are decisions she makes for her own children too.
The core principles the school was founded on, integrity, respect, responsibility, and perseverance, still shape daily life on both campuses.
What we believe
Small class sizes
Classes are intentionally small, so teachers know each child's strengths and challenges and can adjust their teaching to help every student move forward.
Arts-integrated academics
Core subjects are taught directly, and then students apply them by building, writing, designing, and performing what they've studied.
Character values
Scholarship, service, leadership, community, spirit, and wellness guide life at Page, in the classroom and well beyond it.
Open parent communication
We encourage parents to stay involved because we know it makes a difference, and our teachers keep in touch with every family in person and by email.

Children can start at Page young and stay through 8th grade graduation, growing up with teachers who know them and friends they've had for years.

Page Academy is accredited by the National Council for Private School Accreditation, Accreditation International, and the Middle States Association.
